How to Access the Help Center

Welcome to the Cobalt Help Center, your resource for comprehensive guidance and support.

You can access the Help Center through Cobalt or directly here: https://cobaltjs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/

We've expanded our content library to include detailed how-to guides, use case examples, troubleshooting materials, webinar recordings, and registration links for training sessions. While some basic articles are freely accessible without logging in, most of our premium content requires you to be logged in to access it.  Watch the video and follow the steps below to familiarize yourself with the process.

Step 1: Accessing the Help Center from Cobalt

To access the help center from within Cobalt:

  1. Go to the top right of your Cobalt account
  2. Click "Get Help"
  3. Select the first option: "Help Center"

Step 2: Logging Into the Help Center

Automatic Login

If you're already logged into Cobalt, you should automatically be logged into the help center. You can verify this by looking for your name in the top right corner of the help center.

Manual Login 

In some cases you may be accessing a link to an article that was shared with you and you are not already logged in to Cobalt. 

If you see "Sign In" at the top right instead of your name or are directed to the sign in page use the Continue With Cobalt button to use your Cobalt Credentials to sign in to the Help Center.

  1. Click the "Sign In" button
  2. Click "Continue with Cobalt"
  3. Enter your Cobalt credentials to access the help center

Alternative Login Method

If you've contacted our support team before, you may have a Zendesk account:

  • Use those credentials in the sign-in section on the right

Two Main Ways to Navigate the Help Center

Method 1: Using the Search Function

The search bar at the top of the help center allows you to search for any type of content, feature, or use case.

Example: If you want to learn about attaching labels to your products, campaigns, or keywords:

  1. Type "labels" in the search bar
  2. Browse the relevant articles that appear
  3. Click on a specific article or click "Search" to view all label-related content

Pro Tip: Use the search function from anywhere in the help center by clicking the search icon at the top.

Method 2: Browse by Product Categories

From the main help center homepage, you can browse content using the product icons:

  1. Click on "Cobalt" for all Cobalt UI content. 
  2. This brings you to a page sorted by topic, including:
    • General resources
    • Customer success hub
    • Account management
    • And other Cobalt products and features

Navigation Tips:

  • Click on dashboard headers or "See All" links to access more content
  • Both options lead to the same page with a clean view of all available help center content

Additional Support Options

Submit a Request

For specific questions or feedback:

  1. Click "Submit a Request" at the top of the help center
  2. Select your issue type:
    • Question: For general inquiries
    • Product Feedback: To request new features within Cobalt
  3. Use this feature to give feedback or ask simple questions

The help center is designed to help you find all the information you need to succeed with Cobalt. Whether you're looking for specific feature instructions or broader guidance, these navigation methods will help you locate the right resources quickly and efficiently.
