Understanding Your View

ℹ️ Your view depends on your integrations:

  • Both Seller Central AND Vendor Central integrations: Three tabs (All Products, Seller Central, and Vendor Central)
  • Only Seller Central OR only Vendor Central: A single Products tab with all your data
  • No Amazon integrations: The Product Catalog page with prompts to add an integration

Each tab displays products from all connected marketplaces and selling accounts by default.

💡 Tip: Use the filtering option to narrow your view to specific integrations, marketplaces, brands, or other parameters.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

Can I use Product Catalog data in Custom Dashboards?

Product Catalog data is not currently available as a data source for Custom Dashboards, but this may be added as a future enhancement.

How often does Product Catalog data update?

Product Catalog data updates daily.

Data from your own Amazon integrations still follows Amazon's data availability which varies by metric—some data may have a 1-3 day delay from Amazon's side.

See our Data Availability Schedule for more information on data lags.

Competitive seller data (buy box win rate, pricing, and offer details for other sellers on your listings) comes from a different data source than your own performance data. Update frequency is based on estimated sales velocity. Most products are updated once a day, but slower-selling products may have up to a 28-day data lag.

Can I filter by specific marketplace or integration?

Yes, click "+Add Filter" at the top of the product table to filter by marketplace, integration, brand, category, and other attributes. This is especially useful if you have multiple selling accounts or operate in many marketplaces.

Why don't I see the All Products tab?

The All Products tab only appears if you have both Seller Central and Vendor Central integrations connected. If you only have one account type, you'll see a single Products tab with all your data.

What does "Total Sales (SC + VC SS)" mean in the All Products tab?

This represents total sales combining Seller Central ordered product sales with Vendor Central Sourcing Shipped revenue. Different combinations are available:

  • SC + VC SS: Seller Central + Vendor Central Sourcing Shipped
  • SC + VC MS: Seller Central + Vendor Central Manufacturing Shipped
  • SC + VC MO: Seller Central + Vendor Central Manufacturing Ordered

Can I see metrics for both Sourcing and Manufacturing in Vendor Central?

Yes, the Vendor Central tab displays metrics for both Sourcing and Manufacturing. Sourcing metrics focus on shipped data, while Manufacturing metrics include both ordered and shipped data. Choose the columns that match your business model.

What's the difference between Buy Box Wins and Glance Views?

  • Buy Box Wins represent traffic from Seller Central accounts (impressions when customers viewed your buy box-winning offer)
  • Glance Views represent traffic from Vendor Central accounts (detail page views)
  • Total Buy Box Traffic combines both metrics and is available in the All Products tab

How can I see buy box data for my products?

Click on any product title in the Product Catalog table to open the Product Detail Page, then navigate to the Buy Box Performance tab to see your buy box win rate, competitive offers, and potential lost revenue.

How can I see which sellers are authorized or unauthorized on my listings?

Click on any product title to open the Product Detail Page, then go to the Buy Box Performance tab. Here you can see all sellers with offers on your listing and mark them as authorized or unauthorized.

How can I see lost revenue from competitors?

Click on any product title to open the Product Detail Page and navigate to the Buy Box Performance tab. The potential lost revenue metric shows estimated sales captured by unauthorized sellers when they won the buy box instead of you.
